The article deals with a process of change in the relationship between politics and journalism, that is generating a communication short-circuit harsher than in the recent past. On the one hand there is a process of politicization of the role of journalists; on the other a mediatization of the role of political leaders. The result of this process is an excessive power of the Tv host, which becomes evident in the talk show scene.
