Titolo: Il diritto latinoamericano tra svolta a sinistra e persistenza dei modelli neoliberali

In the last decades, Latin America has experienced three following transitions: from dictatorship to democracy, then from keynesianism to neoliberalism, finally from the latter to what has been defined in terms of «turn to the left». The last transition was interpreted as a surrender to populism, due to a wrong assimilation of western democracy and market order. The article analyzes the different transitions and argues that the latter opinion is influenced by an ethnocentric point of view, which can be opposed by comparative law scholarship engaged in the search of Latin-American law identity. Finally a last possible ongoing transition is described: the one consisting in the comeback of neoliberalism, which the article intends as a result of what may be defined as the attractive force of capitalist normality.
