The aim of this work is that of overcoming the rigid application of juridical categories of reconstruction investigation based both on Euro-centred and American approaches. It is meant for checking the influence of the jurisprudencial practice of the European Court of Human Rights on the practice of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (and, possibly, the contrary) with reference to the regional protection of human rights.
