Differentforms of global phenomena and pluralism involve reconsidering the adequacy ofthe methods in comparative law. To what extent comparative law and comparativemethodology are instrumental to the formation of a lawyer? What is the role of theSupreme Courts with respect to global law? Do Courts use comparative methodology?Though the horizontal comparison is certainly a widespread tendency for comparativeanalyses, from a methodological point of view, we need to consider the importance offorms of vertical comparison, both a top-down and bottom-up approach.
