Digitization has initiated a radical transformation in the world of work bychanging the professional activities and the expected skills. This contribution aims todiscuss the emerging conflict that the diffusion of intelligent technologies generates:recognized the mutual and mutual inclusion of skills, it becomes a priority to face thepsychological implications underlying the ongoing cultural evolution, and participation,as a right and form of self-realization. The skills in fact contribute to the constructionof a personal and professional identity, capable of managing through knowledgeadapted to the context, where through problem solving, negotiation and teamwork, itis possible to experiment with new action skills.
