The modification of industrial society, the advent of a post-industrial condition affects the sphere of rights. The theme of rights in the phase of the growth of industry was accompanied by optimistic analysis. The rights seemed destined to an unstoppable development. In the postmodern condition the struggle for rights changes. In a knowledge economy social justice lies in capabilities increase and cannot condemn those who are struck by the crisis of traditional labor at a perennial condition of subordination and assistance. The objective of justice in post-industrial society lies in the diffusion of skills and opportunities. Diffusion capable of accompanying the transformations of work and production.
