The present study aims to examine the evolutionary aspects of the function and role played by the company in the current economic and social context. In particular, we intend to propose a vision of company aimed to favoring the creation of "systemic" values, deemed able to resolve in a different way the relationship between the logic of profit and the logic of value and in which the living conditions of the company they are compatible with the essential expectations of the context and, more generally, of the surrounding environment
