The assessment of the quality of an enogastronomic event is an important instrument for territorial marketing decisions and also a channel of promotion for the typical products from Apulia region. In this paper, after an introduction on the enogastronomic tourism, the principal results of a customer satisfaction survey concerning an enogastronomic event that takes place yearly, during the summer season, in a municipality of the Lecce district, is described. In particular, the opinions, the habits and the satisfaction level of the visitors have been assessed, distinguishing between visitors-residents and visitors-tourists. The main factors that influence the habits and the reason of participation to the event is also described. Moreover, logistic regression have been applied to identify the variable that influence the purchase of the consumer. Finally, the strengths and weaknesses of the event have been pointed out in order to increase the level of visitors satisfaction and a WebGis for tourists has been proposed for managing information dynamically.
