482The paper discusses the phenomenon of self-narration on the Web 2.0 (net-autobiographism), focusing on its philosophical relations with the crux individual/society. Firstly, net-autobiographism features are described: activity and passivity in writing; multi-mediality; adjustments in the web-writer written corpus and alterations in her/his subjectivity. Then, by sketching analogies between net-autobiographism and the sociological tool of biographical interviews, a rethinking of social sciences methods is proposed. Net-autobiographism may show new structures of our current existential conditions, both singular and collective. Finally, net-autobiographism may suggest a different theoretical shape of subjectivity, shifting between deconstruction and reconfiguration, active emancipation and unaware subjection to the Web 2.0 device, constitutively related to socialisation/de-socialisation dynamics.
