The article aims at exploring the concept of spontaneity as a source of juridical rules, assuming an anti-normativistic perspective, rooted in the idea that the dimension of historicity is a key element in understanding the juridical phenomenon. After a sketch of the main theoretical issues connected with the theme, the study dwells on a specific case of spontaneity: the birth and evolution of the Council of ministers (with its President) since the start of Savoyard constitutionalism.
