“Thinking”of tourist itineraries in the vineyards of Soave. - Convinced that to carry out tourist routes immersed in nature it is necessary that the promotion of the interests of the tourist is tied to the typical activities of his culture and his history, for such reason it is interesting to analyze the area of the province of Verona, specifically the one related to the vineyards of Soave. The tourist development of the countryside must ensure the preservation of nature and the entertainment of the tourists, introducing new uses of historical buildings that otherwise they often risk to fall into decay. On the other hand, the project planning, the implementation and the management of new tourist developments must be suited to the landscape, without artificially forcing it. Tourist investment should support the rural economy and, at the same time, encourage the wide geographical spread of the phenomenon in order to increase the potential of the area.
