With the entry into force of the Act n. 92 of 2012 the Author intendedto see how the legislator has combined interventions aimed atintroducing more flexibility with those directed to ensure the prospectof stable employment, so that the flexibility of labour doesn't turn intoinsecurity of workers. In particular, have been examined, on one side, therestrictive measures taken in order to avoid an uncontrolled use of temporarycontracts and a perpetuation of the condition of instability of temporaryworkers; on the other side, are taken into account the mechanismsthrough which is supported the process of stabilization of the temporarywork. The aim, therefore, is to evaluate how the new reform is able tocontrast the abuse of the elements of flexibility and support the use ofpermanent contracts.
