The last pension Act changes the policy framework in social securitylaw. The main issue is the transparency: the reform keeps hidden thereal innovations to the legal framework. For example there is an upgradeof pensionable age showed (66) and another one disguised (70). On theother hand the Act modifies something just for show: for example thelegislation switches over contribution-based pension for all people from2012, without any practical consequence. It seems that the Mediterraneansocial model is under attack and the legislation intervenes in thepursuit of a different social model.
