The ongoing Labour Law reform is a further expression of the nowadays dominant and prevailing belief aiming at cancelling the memory of the long social-democratic period experienced by some European countries after the Second World War. In those days, Labour Law was considered as a fundamental instrument for progressive social changes. Today, several elements demonstrate a trend towards a re-commodification of labour. The author analyses these elements and underlines how they are strengthened by the recent Labour Law reform.
