RIASSUNTO(Italiano) La tesina dal titolo “Supply Integration Strategies & Internationalization Policies: The FAAC Middle East Fze Case Study” è frutto delle esperienze di stage che ho avuto in FAAC ad Dubai durante le stagioni estive 2012 e 2013. Dal punto di vista dei contenuti, può essere divisa in due parti: la descrizione della prima esperienza durante la quale mi sono occupato di “Logistic Inbound, Products and Competitors Benchmark”; Ho partecipato alla creazione di un report inerente la spedizione di tre containers dall’Italia. Ho studiato i prodotti offerti da FAAC Group facendo dei benchmark tra di essi e infine analizzato i concorrenti nel mercato del Medio Oriente. La seconda parte della tesina è la descrizione della seconda esperienza durante la quale ho partecipato al team che si è occupato dell’introduzione di un nuovo prodotto nel mercato: “Il Valet Parking Mangement System”. Ho contribuito mettendo in atto alcuni modelli per la valutazione della posizione competitiva dell’azienda acquisiti durante il percorso universitario, come “Il modello Delle Cinque Forze di Porter” e infine ho utilizzato modelli per l’analisi d’investimento per valutare la potenzialità di tale prodotto. RIASSUNTO(Inglese) The thesis titled " Supply Integration Strategies & Internationalization policies: The FAAC Middle East Fze Case Study " is the result of the internship experiences I had in FAAC Middle East Fze during the summer seasons of 2012 and 2013. The content can be divided into two parts: the description of the first experience, during which I worked on "Logistics Inbound, Products and Competitors Benchmark " and participated in the creation of a report concerning the shipment of three containers from Italy. In addition, I evaluated the products offered by FAAC Group by doing benchmarks between them, and finally I analyzed the competitors in the market. The second part of the thesis is the description of the second experience during which I participated in the team who worked on the introduction of a new product in the Middle East market: " The Valet Parking Management System". I helped them by putting in place some models acquired at my university for the assessment of the company’s competitive position, such as "Porter’s Five Forces Analysis" and finally I used models for the investment analysis to assess the potential of this product.
