La formazione imprenditoriale: teoria e prospettive di ricerca.

Il paper muove dal concetto di 'conoscenza imprenditoriale', distinguendo successivamente i concetti di 'apprendimento' e 'formazione imprenditoriale'. È proprio sulla formazione imprenditoriale che si incentra l'analisi della letteratura condotta, fornendo una panoramica del fenomeno e dando particolare enfasi allo stato dell'arte della ricerca in materia. Emerge immediatamente come il campo della formazione imprenditoriale si stia espandendo in modo consistente, a fronte di una attività di ricerca ad esso dedicata ancora frammentata ed estremamente descrittiva. Di conseguenza, il paper si propone anche di tracciare alcune linee per percorsi di ricerca futuri.
Abstract
The present paper moves from the concept of 'entrepreneurial knowledge', compared to the ones of 'entrepreneurial learning' and 'entrepreneurship education'. Actually, the review of the literature, included in this paper, focuses on the concept of entrepreneurship education, giving an overview of the phenomenon and assessing the state of the art of research on this topic. On one side the filed of entrepreneurship education is facing a consistent growth, on the other the research on entrepreneurship education is still very fragmented, explorative and descriptive. Therefore, this paper aims also to sketch some paths for future reasearch.
